DO NOT USE PRICELINE.COM!!!! - Travel Service


I booked a $1200 flight for my daughter to travel from the USA to England for a study abroad program. When her passport did not arrive in time, we had to place the ticket on hold and re-booked it a few days later for $1600 (plus about $300 in other fees). When they re-booked the flight, they didn't add the return flight. Now we have to pay another $1000 for a one way return. Their complaint department is absolutely worthless. They refuse to re-book the flight and didn't even offer a discount. Never, ever use this service.
