Priceline promised refund of upgrade fee on Car Rental - over 30 days waiting.....


Dealing with Priceline is painful. I was promised a refund of the upgrade fee for my rental in Savannah - still have not received it! I spoke to Myla at Pricline customer service who promised the refund and sent me an email detailing the process to get it. FOLLOWED THE PROCESS EXACTLY. The other custoemr service (people with strage names like Jigar, Yusuf state that I will not get it). Priceline CS is in some strange country and has an attitude!!! Probably a gender bias as such countries often have towards women. Am being given the runaround and told I have to live with the poor experience with Priceline as I have no recourse. Am investigating consumer agencies to complain to and probably will send an open letter to all Priceline board members repetitively to show them how painful dealing with Priceline is!
