Travel complaint review


my name is john david belflower and this is my story. i booked airline travel with this company for a trip i have been waiting half of my adult life for.i started to notice odd things happening about one week after i booked my trip i have gotten three changes on my airline travel in a month and a half. ive stayed calm just knowing that my ticket has at least been confirmed. well dec 31 i got the news no one wants to hear. my mother is in very poor health and three hundred miles away has just been put on air tanks just so she can have a little bit of her life to hold on to. well first thought to me is to rush home. i called and talked to my family.and made arangements to come home.and what i got in responce from my mother was this take your trip its only 5 days when u get back come home.this is my mothers wish.well i got on the phone with everyone i have made arangements with and not one person from the ski lodge to the motel im supposed to be staying at gave me any grief everyone was willing to break there backs to help me. my last catch came late today when i talked with agents at priceline the first agent i spoke with sounded like a machine that has been well oiled. very versed in the way of telling people thats to bad i could care less.i ask to speak with her manager and i was put on hold for 15 minutes i timed it.when i spoke with a superviser and told him my issues and all i wanted was just to try to get my flight a few days early he told me that he needed my mothers doctors information on her condition im shocked thats invasion of privacy he also added that if i cancled my trip he would keep 150 dollars of my money needless to say i didnt wish him a good day when i hung the phone up i did tell him a number of times that i did not want this trip cancled i want this to be known for court records if it arises. these people should be so ashamed of themselfs. and i really think this company should be sued and shut down. i might not be the smartest person around and i sure cant spell but america be warned im smart enough to know a crook when i come across one.and if u deal with these money hungry goats u will end up just like me and so many more that have come before tooken america beware
