WORST COMPANY EVER


Don't buy any tickets or any service from this website. pay the extra 100 dollars instead of having priceline charge your account twice for two cancelled reservation. They kept telling me the money will be credited back within 24 hours but it has been a week and my account is negative 3500 because of them, and they never refunded the money back but keep telling me they did!!!! and that it's my bank's processing time, which isn't true. My bank didn't receive any refunds to process from them. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, IT'S NOT WORTH SAVING AN EXTRA BUCK and having to deal with them charging your credit card without your authorization, denying the charge then claiming they sent your bank a refund only to find out they didn't. And don't get me started on their poor customer service and the lines they memorize to tell their customers. I will NEVER AGAIN DEAL WITH THAT COMPANY
