Worst site ever - hotel reservations

I have booked trough many third party company's but this time I decided to try Priceline. Big mistake. Not only did their check in times conflict with the actual location, when I called for a refund or even a discount the gentleman was unhelpful and didn't seem to want to resolve my issue at all. I would never recommend this site. I would try any other site online. Priceline is a joke and they are a rip off and don't care about their customers
