Worst travel website ever


We reserved our hotel for 2 nights 2 days in advance. Received email confirmation immediately for our reservation. When we arrived in town and tried to check in, the hotel had no record of our reservation at all, somebody somewhere lost it. To make matters worse they told us that they were full and had no rooms available and we would need to call priceline.

Fast forward 20-30 minutes of waiting on hold with a screaming one year old outside the hotel and we just decided our trip was bust and we got back in the car and headed back home (still on the phone). After about an hour we finally got a rep on the phone who refused to give us a refund even though they lost our reservation. After some more waiting on hold while they "talked to the hotel" they come back and say they got us another room. Well it's a little to late guys we are gone, and we don't want your room you lost our first one, we're not using priceline ever again. Again refusing to refund, i asked for their supervisor. They claim they do not have supervisors at first. I rephrase it to confirm, that they do not have supervisors. Their story changes. Their supervisors don't have phones is what i'm told next. I repeat it back to them again. You do have supervisors but they do not have phones? really?. Their story changes again.... They have phones but they are not able to transfer to them. Really? Well then get one to walk their happy ass over to your cubicle and get on YOUR phone. They refused.

Worst customer service ever. I went ahead and disputed the charge with my bank and it's awaiting the claim. They will probably dispute it and i'm probably fucked. But I had to try. STAY AWAY FROM PRICELINE. If they screw up you will still not get a refund.
