Terrible Policy


I accidentally clicked "submit" and tried to click the back button, but the ticket was already purchased. Immediately (within less than a minute) I went to reach out to them via chat and phone to cancel this flight. They absolutely refused to do anything. One women just kept saying the same thing (this is the policy) over and over and over again.

I get this is their policy, but there has to be some leeway is they want to maintain a good customer experience. I literally tried to resolved this and was treated very bad (rude staff).

I'm hoping to dear god something will change, but if not I will absolutely never use this website again.
