Cancellation of car reservation

My flight to San Diego was cancelled due to the blizzard that was to hit NYC. I preceded to cancel my car rental through priceline. They said I was going to be charged a cancellation fee. but complaint is that no where on my itinerary does it say you will be charged... More...
